More Of My 'Normal'...
I'm not sure if this is one of the signs of the Apocalypse, but I've actually written two postings in two days! Try not to fall over...
As I mentioned in my previous entry, everyone has their own conception of 'normal' seasons and weather patterns, depending on where they live, and what they are used to. I guess that the same follows for what we experience when we open our doors in the mornings: some people are used to busy streets, or sky scrapers, or farm land, or mountain peaks.
This is a little bit more of my 'normal' that I see most of the time when I open my door in the mornings. I tend to take it for granted, but I thought others who don't see this where they are, might enjoy it.

What Season Are You In?...
It snowed - yes, SNOWED! - a couple nights ago, for 4 hrs. It was a constant, but light snow -- and it pretty much melted as it hit the pavement & the streets; but stuck to the cars & the grass. Summer is short n sweet here, and fall (my favorite season - all 6 wks of it!) is even shorter. But, I'm sure I'd miss the unique weather cycle here if I ever moved anywhere else.
It's funny what everyone's version of 'normal' is. I wouldn't know anything different, weather-wise. If I lived elsewhere, I'd probably get all out-of-whack when October came around, and the trees still had leaves, and it hadn't snowed yet.
Enjoy your season, wherever you are.
